Today, we invite you to show your support for UNI Wrestling on Live Purple Give Gold. Every gift makes an impact by providing the resources our program needs to compete at the highest level — both on and off the mat. We can all be proud of what our student-athletes have accomplished and how they represent our university.

Our goal is to teach more than wrestling skills. If they leave knowing only single legs and double legs, we haven’t done our job. We want to put our student-athletes on a path to becoming better husbands, fathers and employees, while looking back on UNI with positive memories of how it shaped them. UNI is special because of the people — professors, coaches and administrators who are invested, care deeply and help prepare our athletes for life beyond competition. We strive to develop selfless teammates who feel connected to UNI, grateful competitors who build up those around them and individuals inspired to give back.
